Marketing
Marketing Associate
SPO is building out our marketing team with adding another creative individual to contribute across multiple areas to support the department’s needs and gain well-rounded experience. While they will work across different areas initially, there may be opportunities to specialize as the department evolves. Responsibilities will likely include a blend of:
- social media
-videography and photography
-branding, graphic design, and more

Advancement
Donor Engagement Officer
As a Donor Engagement Officer (DEO), you will become a “Missionary Fundraiser” to build and strengthen SPO’s relationships with current and future major donors. In this role, you will initiate and steward meaningful, long-term relationships that invite donors into a deeper life of faith through the sharing of the hope of the Gospel, the fruitfulness of SPO’s mission, and inviting them to prayerfully consider transformational gifts. To this end, you will work with the Senior Donor Engagement Officer and National Advancement Team to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors across the country and to care for a portfolio of donors through a series of high-impact touchpoints.

Donor Engagement Specialist
As a Donor Engagement Specialist (DES), your responsibilities will include cultivating SPO’s valued partners across the country with an emphasis on donors giving between $500 and $4,999 annually. The DES will develop and engage a strategy for connecting these partners with the on-campus work of SPO and invite them to support it through renewed and increased gifts. Additionally, the DES will actively build a team of donors to fund his or her work through Mission Partner Development.

Mission
Mission Assistant
As the Mission Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Vice President of Mission (VPM), helping the VPM to be effective and efficient. In particular, this includes managing the VPM’s calendar, organizing and performing tasks, and tracking and advancing projects.

Mission Supervisor - Female
The Mission Supervisor collaboratively leads the mission within the region, oversees the missionary staff, and works in collaboration with other Mission Supervisors to deliver annual mission goals and maintain the integrity of SPO’s charisms.
