Marketing

Saint Paul’s Outreach is growing the Marketing team! We anticipate hiring one final team member, but we have multiple roles posted to invite candidates to apply where their strengths best align.   • As the Junior Communications Specialist, you help SPO bring the mission to life through clear, compelling, and mission-centered communication. You’ll write and edit copy for a variety of audiences and channels, flexing your writing voice across formats, audiences, and tones with agility and creativity. You’ll support internal messaging, PR, and storytelling that highlight what God is doing across SPO, ensuring every message reflects our charism values, brand voice, and purpose.

    As part of a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team, you’ll contribute to campaigns, projects, and organizational initiatives that strengthen SPO’s presence and impact. This role offers hands-on experience in copywriting, communications strategy, media relations, and integrated storytelling while growing in both professional skill and missionary identity.

  • The Junior Photographer/Videographer plays a key role in helping SPO bring the mission to life through dynamic, authentic visual storytelling. You’ll capture the people, moments, and movement of SPO’s mission - creating photo and video content that reflects our charism values, brand voice, and the work God is doing across campuses in real time.

    As part of a collaborative creative team, you’ll contribute to campaigns, events, and projects that depend on compelling visual storytelling to communicate the heart of the mission. This role offers hands-on experience in production, editing, creative storytelling, and visual evangelization while growing in both professional skill and missionary identity.

Alumni Relations

  • We’re looking for an Alumni Relations Coordinator who is passionate about relationships, mission, and storytelling to help reconnect and mobilize SPO’s growing network of alumni as they live out the call to discipleship in parishes, families, professions, and communities around the world.

    As the Alumni Relations Coordinator, you will help build a thriving alumni community, reconnecting past Missionaries and students to one another and to the ongoing mission of SPO. You'll work closely with Mission, Marketing, and Advancement teams to create meaningful opportunities for alumni to stay engaged, grow spiritually, and continue impacting the Church.

  • As the Regional Administrator in the Northeast Region, you will bring order to complexity and momentum to the mission. Using your gifts in organization and communication, you will create clarity, strengthen systems, and drive operational excellence across the region.

    Serving across property, mission, finance, and advancement, you will play a critical role in building the infrastructure that allows the North East Region to thrive and grow.

Through collaboration with the mission field, this role will help develop and support strategic recruiting initiatives while ensuring a smooth and organized admissions process from application through acceptance. Because recruiting efforts are closely tied to mission needs, the role may continue to evolve as strategies develop.

  • The Field Training Team Member is responsible, under the direction of the Director of Field Training, for developing and executing field staff training in regards to the organization's mission and charism values.
