Marketing

Saint Paul’s Outreach is growing the Marketing team! We are posting multiple roles to invite candidates to apply where their strengths best align.   • As the Junior Communications Specialist, you help SPO bring the mission to life through clear, compelling, and mission-centered communication. You’ll write and edit copy for a variety of audiences and channels, flexing your writing voice across formats, audiences, and tones with agility and creativity. You’ll support internal messaging, PR, and storytelling that highlight what God is doing across SPO, ensuring every message reflects our charism values, brand voice, and purpose.

    As part of a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team, you’ll contribute to campaigns, projects, and organizational initiatives that strengthen SPO’s presence and impact. This role offers hands-on experience in copywriting, communications strategy, media relations, and integrated storytelling while growing in both professional skill and missionary identity.

  • The Junior Graphic Designer will help SPO bring the mission to life through clear, creative, and impactful visual communication.   • The Junior Project Manager plays an essential role in keeping SPO’s marketing efforts organized, timely, and effective. This position supports project planning, coordination, and communication across the marketing team and collaborating departments. You’ll help manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure that projects move smoothly from concept to completion - creating structure that allows the team’s creative and strategic work to thrive.

    As a steady presence within the team, you’ll bring calm, focus, and clarity to fast-moving projects while helping SPO’s marketing initiatives maintain excellence and consistency.   • The Junior Photographer/Videographer plays a key role in helping SPO bring the mission to life through dynamic, authentic visual storytelling. Advancement

  • As a Donor Engagement Officer (DEO), you will become a “Missionary Fundraiser” to build and strengthen SPO’s relationships with current and future major donors. In this role, you will initiate and steward meaningful, long-term relationships that invite donors into a deeper life of faith through the sharing of the hope of the Gospel, the fruitfulness of SPO’s mission, and inviting them to prayerfully consider transformational gifts. To this end, you will work with the Senior Donor Engagement Officer and National Advancement Team to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors across the country and to care for a portfolio of donors through a series of high-impact touchpoints.

  • As a Donor Engagement Specialist (DES), your responsibilities will include cultivating SPO’s valued partners across the country with an emphasis on donors giving between $500 and $4,999 annually. The DES will develop and engage a strategy for connecting these partners with the on-campus work of SPO and invite them to support it through renewed and increased gifts. Additionally, the DES will actively build a team of donors to fund his or her work through Mission Partner Development.

  • As the Associate Vice President for Advancement (AVPA), you will closely collaborate with the Vice President for Advancement & Legal (VPAL) to lead SPO’s Advancement Team in its missionary fundraising efforts. In this role, you will take primary responsibility for developing and overseeing the implementation of SPO’s major giving and mid-level giving strategies, personally engaging with SPO’s top donors. Additionally, you will collaborate with SPO’s Director of Events and oversee SPO’s Planned Giving efforts.

Internships

  • As the Events Intern, you will support the Director of National Events by assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events across the country, as well as some assistance with preparations for our annual staff training. This role offers valuable, hands-on experience in nonprofit event management, logistics, and communications.

  • As a Business Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the organization in the area of training, gift operations and general administration while also learning about finance, accounting, human resources, training, and property operations at SPO.
