Director of field leadership

The Director of Field Leadership is responsible for the oversight and accomplishment of SPO’s core mission objectives in the field. The Director of Field Leadership is a member of SPO’s mission leadership, and will work closely with other national leaders to guide the development of the field mission, including collaborating in areas outside of direct field mission oversight.

director of field training

The Director of Field Training is responsible for developing and executing field staff training in regards to the organization's mission and charism values. The Director of Field Training is a member of SPO’s mission leadership. They will work closely with other national and field leaders to support the development of the mission, and collaborate in areas outside of field staff training.

Young adult missionary

Mission Development Coordinator

This is a new opportunity at SPO to be a part of the team advancing new mission initiatives. Most of your time will be spent assisting the Director of SPO missions planning, executing and growing our SPO missions outreach. Additionally, you will assist the VP of People and Partnerships by coordinating our national partnership relationships and agreements while supporting the culture at the national office.

Mission Supervisor

The primary role of the Mission Supervisor is to oversee the mission in their particular region, in partnership with the regional team to foster and maintain the integrity of SPO’s charisms in the delivery of annual mission goals. This person cultivates and supports the national mission through participation and leadership in various national events and initiatives, as well as direct supervision to Chapter Leaders to carry out their responsibilities effectively and grow in expertise and leadership.

We are looking for one male Mission Supervisor and one female Mission Supervisor.

ADministrative assitant

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for executing a variety of administrative tasks designed to support the local Regional Administrator in advancing the mission of SPO. Essential functions are detailed below. It is also expected that the incumbent will be faithful to the SPO Core Values.

Senior Accountant

SPO is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance and Administration team onsite at our National Office. We are looking for a person who has long-term potential to advance in the organization: a mission-driven individual with strong functional and interpersonal skills. This person will manage Payroll, General Ledger, and Month End processes. This role requires intellectual curiosity and capabilities in accounting, financial analysis, problem solving, collaboration and effective communication.

Recruiting & MPD Coordinator

The Recruiting & MPD Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the admission process through creation, execution and maintenance of various roles including Missionaries and Interns. This role will also provide MPD coaching, resources and training to involved students, incoming and current staff. There is a need for travel (50-60% October and November).

Data Coordinator and Analyst

The Data Coordinator and Analyst will be responsible for creating, maintaining, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data and metrics from various departments in the field and the National Office. This person will help provide key information and insights to various departments to help facilitate better decision making. They will work closely with various leaders across the country.

We are looking for zealous Missionaries to lead our Young Adult communities across the country. As Chapter Leader, this individual’s mission is to build up a vibrant, thriving, transformational, and sustainable young adult chapter culture. This person will be working with the current senior leadership team to learn what this culture looks like, absorb it through daily contact with the mission, and articulate it with the help of the veterans on the team. From there, this person will work with the team to implement this vision for the culture and immersing into the larger community.
