Why I became an SPO Missionary

I became an SPO Missionary because through SPO, my life was changed! Because of SPO, I learned that my Heavenly Father is real, deeply loves me, and wants a personal relationship with me. I've learned how to develop a daily prayer life, and what it means to live as a man of God that offers my life in service for others just like Jesus. I love this work because during my time as an SPO Missionary I got to help other students experience these same things. We are working to form the next generation of Catholic Christian leaders so that they might have the skills necessary to positively impact their families, future parishes, and the wider church. I'm grateful for my time serving as an on the ground missionary for the last three years and am excited to jump into my new role as a Marketing Missionary! I've taken on this role to help spread the word about SPO, evangelize through social media, and to make sure that our marketing materials are captivating and current as we share the Gospel message to our students, missionaries, and donors! Especially in our society today, this is so necessary and I'm excited to help SPO build the Kingdom of God in this way! All glory, honor, and praise to Him!
