Why I became an SPO Missionary

The Lord blessed me with the SPO community and called me to many opportunities to serve Him through serving His people at a time when I was seeking to do more with my life. Since then, life has never felt so full! The Lord transformed my heart and desires to want nothing but His will to be done, helping me to release the grip of control and placing full reliance on Him to be my strength in all that I do. He continuously teaches me how to trust, surrender, believe, and hope for what He has in store. In allowing my life to be guided by the Lord, I’ve come to experience a fullness of life and an abundance of peace, joy, and freedom in my heart. The authentic relationships I have encountered through the SPO community have provided me with an image of what a life in Christ looks like–a life that is shared with others, working for something greater than myself. My brothers and sisters strengthen me each day to live boldly out of love. I so greatly desire for others to encounter and deepen their relationship with the Lord, that they can also come to a place of trust in the Lord’s will and may experience abundant peace, joy, and that same fullness of life found in the Lord.
