SPO is launching a brand-new Catholic Men’s Residence at the University of Minnesota - a place where men rise to the call of brotherhood, faith in Christ comes alive, and leadership is forged in every day life.

LOCATION

Located on the corner of SE 5th Street and 10th Avenue in Dinkytown, the residence places men right in the heart of campus life - just steps from the St. Laurence Newman Center and a quick 15-minute walk to campus. It’s a prime spot for brotherhood to deepen, for faith to come alive, and for the sacraments to fuel every part of life.

Faith Formation

All residents will take part in our weekly men’s formation program, True North - a space for growth, accountability, and authentic brotherhood. Through mentorship from upperclassmen and SPO missionaries, residents will be strengthened in virtue and equipped to lead with faith and conviction.

Meal Plan

Residents will share 17 weekly meals through an in-house meal plan, creating space for consistency, conversation, and communion. Regular household dinners will anchor their week with moments to laugh, pray, and grow together as brothers.

INVESTMENT

Room cost is $900 per month, with an additional cost for board. Spots are limited, and space in the house will fill fast. Live with brothers who challenge you, grow your faith, and live the mission with conviction. Apply early to secure your spot!
